When you join the ChopDrop waitlist we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Area and postcode
• Store name (merchants only)
• Delivery vehicle type (couriers only)
• Your audience type (customer, merchant or courier)

Why we collect it

We collect this information to:

• Add you to the ChopDrop waitlist
• Contact you when ChopDrop launches in your area
• Send you relevant updates about the ChopDrop service
• Understand demand across different areas of the UK

We may use your phone number to send you a one-time SMS notification when ChopDrop launches in your area. You will not receive ongoing marketing SMS messages.

How we store it

Your data is stored securely using Brevo, a third party email and CRM platform. Brevo is GDPR compliant. Your data is never sold or shared with any other third parties.

How long we keep it

We will keep your data for as long as it takes to launch ChopDrop in your area. If ChopDrop does not launch or you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw consent at any time
